After being bullied growing up, Colton decided to join Love Is Louder, an MTV campaign launched in partnership with Brittany Snow and The Jed Foundation in response to increased reports of LGBT teen suicides. Colton’s career began at the age of 15 when he began modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch while living in New York City. After a move to Los Angeles, an acting career started to take shape with appearances in the television series CSI: Miami, Pushing Daisies, Melrose Place, The Hills and Privileged.
