Erika from Orlando: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, any info on whether or not Teen Wolf is coming back for a second season would be greatly appreciated.
Where’ve you been Erika?! Teen Wolf‘s set to return to MTV this summer for its second season and they’re bringing more werewolves into the mix, including a female werewolf! “There will be new werewolves rounding out Derek’s pack because the stronger his pack, the stronger Derek becomes,” creator Jeff Davis tells us of newly-minted Alpha Derek’s (Tyler Hoechlin) plans in the new season. So is Jackson (Colton Haynes) one of the newbie wolves? We’re not spilling, but we will say you’ll learn why he wants to become a werewolf.
Yesterday Colton answered fan questions on his The Germane account. Here’s a short recap:

It isn’t easy for Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes to maintain his sexy eight-pack abs.
“I have been on an extremely intense training regiment recently,” he tells VMAN’s spring 2012 issue (guest edited by Carine Roitfeld). “My trainer, David Buer, has been killing me about five days a week.”

For Haynes, 23, “the hardest part is not being able to eat carbs or junk food. I always break and get Wendy’s, but I have to pay for it later because he always finds out.”
The actor — once linked to fashion designer Lauren Conrad — knows how important it is to look good for auditions. “I have a lot of respect for my fellow young actors, ” Haynes, a former model, tells VMAN. “I t takes a lot to push forward after being no a million times, and that was what we all have to go through. So those who push deserve respect.”
“There are so many talented young actors in the industry,” Haynes adds. “I’m just happy to have a job!”
Teen Wolf hottie Colton Haynes is no stranger to fighting hate — he gave Act the deets on his work with MTV’s anti-bullying campaign “Love is Louder” last summer — so we’re totes not surprised that he’s harnessed his supernatural social media powers to spread MLK’s message.
In honor of the irreplaceable reverend, Colton tweeted this intense warning about the negative influence that intolerance has on our lives:

Preach it! He may play a clueless jock-wolf on TV, but clearly Colton has way more going on upstairs than just that chiseled jawline.
And let’s not forget the other stars who filled their feeds with MLK’s inspirational words — MC mogul Diddy, TV diva doc Kate Walsh and host-with-the-most Ryan Seacrest all blasted out 140 characters of equality, hope, love and unity pulled straight from the good doctor’s teachings.
MLK #FTW!
Here’s a short interview Colton did for Latin America show called Boomerang during 2011 Teen Choice Awards which took place back in August.

Colton’s career began at the age of 15 when he began modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch while living in New York City. After a move to Los Angeles, an acting career started to take shape with appearances in the television series CSI: Miami, Pushing Daisies, Melrose Place, The Hills and Privileged.
